Returns and exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from the SeaKits store.

If for any reason you wish to return a product to us, you can do so within 30 days of your original order, provided the product is unused, without damage, and in its original packaging.

All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Click “Start Return” on the My Account page to begin the process.

Once the returned items have been received by SeaKits, you will be issued a refund for the full amount of the product in the original form of payment. The cost of freight will be your responsibility, unless a product is deemed faulty.

Any returned items that are used, soiled, damaged, or without the original packaging, will be returned to the customer with the customer liable for any return shipping costs.

Refunds, exchanges or credits can not be given for special order items or sale items unless faulty.
